A wheelchair user confronted an "inconsiderate" driver who had parked across a dropped kerb preventing the filmer from crossing a road in London.

As the vehicle was parked across the dropped kerb, the wheelchair user was unable to cross a road in New Eltham on April 11.

After a few moments, the vehicle's driver came back to their car and it was revealed he had popped into the shops.

The filmer told Newsflare that the vehicle was also parked across double yellow lines.

"The motorist tried to justify it by saying 'I was only gone for a few minutes' like his shopping was more important than anyone else's journey," the filmer added.
