Heavy rainfall inundates roads in northeastern India
Heavy rainfall inundated roads in northeastern India's Assam.
The incidents were from the Raha town in the Nagaon district on June 21.
Visuals showed the flooded roads on which people waded through to travel. Two people were also seen commuting on a boat on a flooded road outside a government office building.
Other videos showed roads covered with water. One woman was seen standing in the knee-deep water. In another video, a man was seen clicking pictures of another as they both stood on the water.
Heavy rainfall has hit northeastern states in India causing massive floods and landslides in many areas, impacting a lot of people in the whole region.
