This is the moment residents, some in their underwear, escaped from the first floor of a residential building that was damaged by a massive landslide in southwestern China.

Video filmed in the city of Zhaotong in Yunnan Province on July 11 shows debris from the landslide blocking a road and damaging buildings.

A man was heard shouting, "Come out quickly!" and several residents escaping a damaged building through its first-floor window.

One distressed woman says in the video: "My child!" while walking out of the damaged building as her child got trapped inside.

Five fire engines and 20 firemen were deployed to rescue.

One person was killed and four suffered minor injuries.

7月11日18时46分，云南昭通盐津县柿子镇柿凤二级公路白水社区新区干沟子发生一起山体滑坡，灾害致使道路双向中断， 1名群众失联，4人轻微受伤。
现场视频显示，滑坡体冲跨路边房屋，有多人从被冲垮的房屋二楼逃生，一名女子从二楼逃生时称自己孩子被困。从现场航拍视频看出，塌方面积巨大。
灾害发生后，盐津县消防救援大队立即出动5车20人前往灾情现场开展救援。12日凌晨1时30分左右，失联人员在滑坡现场被找到，但不幸遇难。目前灾情检查等工作正在有序进行。（视频由云南台提供）
