Video captured the moment a dermatologist in Vietnam removed a giant pimple from behind a man's ear in Gia Lai, Vietnam.

According to the dermatologist, the man came to her clinic with ear pain, mentioning the growing pimple behind his ear.

The dermatologist checked and quickly removed the man's pimple.

They said the man had folliculitis -- inflamed hair follicles -- which blocked sebaceous glands, which are small oil-producing glands attached to hair follicles below the surface of the skin. That was the cause of the giant pimple.

The dermatologists said the man needs to clean his ears regularly and avoid wearing a hat that covers their ears, to reduce the chance of infections that might cause folliculitis.
