Distracted driver smashes truck into utility pole in China
A distracted driver smashed a truck into a utility pole in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Wuhu in Anhui Province on June 7 shows a truck bumping into a utility pole, causing the front windscreen to shatter and all of the goods being carried to spill onto the road.
Nearby residents helped the truck driver pick up the goods.
Fortunately, the driver and the passenger in the truck both wore seatbelts, no one was injured.
According to reports, the truck driver did not feel well and turned his neck around, the vehicle then crashed into the utility pole.
The truck driver was blamed for the incident as he was speeding and distracted.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
