In southern China’s Quanzhou city, a dramatic incident unfolded as a public bus veered off the road, colliding with a roadside utility pole. The impact caused the pole to collapse and burst into flames.

Other vehicles on the road immediately shifted to avoid the scene. According to the local traffic police department, the incident resulted from the bus driver dozing off at the wheel, leading to the crash.

Fortunately, passengers on board sustained only minor injuries, and authorities assigned responsibility for the accident with the bus driver.

12月19号，福建泉州，惠安县一公交车行驶时偏离道路撞倒路边电线杆，电线杆倒塌瞬间火光四射，路上车辆见状纷纷避让，当地交警部门工作人员回应此事称，是公交车司机打瞌睡导致公交车偏离道路发生事故，车上乘客轻微受伤，不严重，此次事故是公交车司机单方面责任。
