It is understood that the total investment of Chuneng New Energy Source (Yichang) lithium battery Industrial Park project is 60 billion yuan, and the planned construction of 150GWh lithium battery capacity is divided into four phases, of which the first phase will build 40GWh capacity. It is expected to achieve an annual output value of 105 billion yuan, a tax revenue of 6 billion yuan, and 20,000 jobs.
It will form a large-scale new energy lithium battery production base with an annual industrial output value of more than 100 billion yuan, integrating research and development, manufacturing and sales of power batteries, energy storage batteries, module packs and energy management systems.
