Workers wrestled with two fighting horses inside a stable in Palestine.

Five-year-old stallion Ameer jumped out of his enclosure and lunged for a white mare that had approached it at the riding school in the West Bank on November 18.

The staff rushed over to the aggressive equine as chaos ensued and they tried to bring the Arab pony under control.

CCTV footage shows the men struggling to keep the equines apart. One of the workers was caught behind Ameer's hind legs and was almost trampled on while his terrified colleagues retreated.

Worker Baraa Zahran said: ‘It was real trouble. The horses are so powerful so it would take more people to calm them down.'

Baraa added they eventually controlled the situation but the two animals had to be kept in different locations.
