Schools and roads in North Wales have been closed as heavy snow falls on the area on March 9.

Heavy Snow hit North Wales overnight and this morning causing widespread disruption. The UK Met Office forecast extensive snowfall and travel disruption, with many schools shut and rail and road networks across the region badly affected. Forecasters predict the inclement conditions to persist throughout the day and into tomorrow.
