Heartwarming CCTV footage has emerged from China of some drivers stopping to help save a passenger out of a minibus that turned over in a highway crash.

In the footage, captured on a security camera in Zhejiang Province last week, the minibus driver and four passengers can be seen climbing out of the driving seat after the rollover vehicle stops in the middle of the road.

The survivors then turn to passing cars for help and manage to gather several drivers to lift the minibus, freeing the last passenger who is trapped in the back seat.

According to news reports, the minibus driver crashed into the road barriers which caused the accident. Two of the five passengers were hospitalised with one injured rather seriously.
