Liv and Sam are in Jacksonville, Florida, trying to check into their Airbnb when they realize the listing was fake and they got scammed. Liv angrily calls the Airbnb host to reach a resolution and when things get heated, Liv calls out the host's name and birthdate that she was able to gather from the WiFi name. She threatens to have a sleepover with his parents if he doesn't refund them since he tried to scam them into staying at an apartment he was evicted from.

In a follow up video, Liv provides more context. Liv and her friends booked the Airbnb 2 months prior to the music festival they were planning to attend. On the day of, the Airbnb host (Tyler) sent 2 different door codes and was non-responsive afterwards. Neither of the 2 codes provided worked, so they all start trying to get in contact with Tyler. A neighbor informs them that Tyler, the host, got evicted for renting his apartment out on Airbnb and never removed the listing. Liv finds all of Tyler's information, including his parents' address, and Tyler quickly calls back. Unfortunately, by that time, all of the other hotels and rentals were already booked so they ended up having to crash with other friends who happened to also be attending the festival.
