An entire marching band dressed as Barbie for a stunning parade.

Footage shows the pretty majorettes wearing matching pink and purple mesh cocktails with lace bows on the waist at the Kadayawan Festival in Davao City, the Philippines, on August 20.

The girls also put on blonde wigs fixed with white ribbons to copy the popular doll by Mattel.

While the band played, the girls twirled their batons and danced to the music as excited locals and tourists watched from the side of the road.

Kadayawan Festival showcases the diverse cultures of the city which is home to over 11 ethnolinguistic groups. It features a variety of events, such as street dancing, floral float parades, beauty pageants, concerts, and food festivals.

Barbie is a fashion doll created by American businesswoman Ruth Handler, manufactured by American toy company Mattel and launched in 1959. It recently had a Hollywood movie adaptation starring Australian actress Margot Robbie.
