A man was arrested after posing as a deliveryman and attempting to break into a residential complex in eastern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on September 11.

The Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, Shangcheng Sub-bureau, received an urgent call from concerned citizens reporting a break-in by an unknown intruder. Swiftly responding to the emergency, law enforcement authorities activated their major incident response plan.

Following a rapid investigation, the suspect was identified as Mr Lin, a 24-year-old unemployed individual from another province. Lin had travelled to Hangzhou with the sinister intent of committing theft.

On the day of the incident, Lin cunningly posed as a deliveryman outside the victim's residence, luring them into opening the door. However, his plans unravelled when other occupants of the home became suspicious of his presence. RealiSing he had been discovered, Lin hastily fled the scene.

Currently, Lin is in police custody, having been lawfully detained for his criminal actions. The case is now under further investigation, as authorities work to uncover the full extent of his activities.
