Rwanda judgement: Migrants enter and leave Bibby Stockholm as Supreme Court rules against UK asylum policy
Refugees were filmed leaving and returning to the Bibby Stockholm migrant housing barge on the day the UK's Supreme Court ruled on the UK's controversial Rwanda policy for asylum claims.
The Court has ruled against the government's plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda, where they would only be able to apply for asylum in Rwanda or return home or try and get asylum in a third country.
In its decision on Wednesday 15 November the court said the policy was unlawful as there was a real chance asylum seekers could be returned to the countries from which they fled.
