An inventive Russian man attracted attention from passers-by and the authorities when he turned a bus stop into a moving vehicle on 12 November.

The 23-year-old inventor was seen cruising along Kulakov Avenue in Stavropol in his unorthodox vehicle, complete with passengers.

But his creativity did not go unnoticed by the authorities and he faces consequences from the regional State Traffic Inspectorate for taking such an unconventional set of wheels onto the streets.

He now faces charges for driving without a license, violating passenger transportation rules, and lacking necessary documents.

It would reportedly be his 20th such offence.
