These guys watched a video of a guy who pours Tequila over his head, then lights it, and then extinguishes the flame by putting a hat on.
After a few attempts, they decided to rather use Stroh Rum(a very potent rum) instead of Tequila.
Some of the rum was spilled when poured over his head and the hat which was supposed to extinguish the fire, was knocked off the bar counter.
In the process, he got some rum on his hands(and face) and no way to extinguish the flames.
He instinctively remembered there was a water feature just outside the pub and made a mad dash for it, but when he got outside, the water feature had been moved.
He survived with dust all over his head and face, and most of his hair burned off but still laughs about the whole bar trick gone wrong.
