A drowsy Sumatran tiger let out a roar despite being sedated by wildlife officials in Bukittinggi, Indonesia.

The roar shocked several officers during the process of moving the carnivorous animal. Even so, officers continued the process of moving the Sumatran tiger to an observation cage to determine the animal's health.

Previously, on February 4, the West Sumatra Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA) brought Sumatran tigers to the Bukittinggi City Kinantan Wildlife and Cultural Park (TMSBK) using special vehicles.

The tiger entered one of three trap cages installed by officers in Jambak, Nagari Binjai, Tigo Nagari District, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra.

After one month, the trapping process began after the tiger wandered around the residents' village and preyed on the residents' cattle in the area.
