Good Samaritans rushed to aid motorists after truck's container crushes car in China

Dramatic CCTV footage captured in Huzhou City in Zhejiang Province on April 24, shows a speeding freight truck, laden with poorly secured cargo, causing chaos at an intersection as its container detaches and smashes onto an unsuspecting electric car waiting at a red light.

The frantic truck driver immediately dashed to the scene, discovering the electric car distorted under the immense weight. With the door firmly stuck, panic ensued.

However, in an inspiring act of solidarity, several Good Samaritans swiftly intervened. Together, they managed to pry open a small gap, enabling the safe extraction of two children and the driver trapped inside the mangled vehicle.

Remarkably, the entire rescue operation lasted just over three minutes.

Thankfully, thanks to the prompt response, all three individuals involved in the accident were examined by medical professionals and found to have sustained no major injuries.

Authorities have determined that the truck driver is solely responsible for the incident.

4月24日，浙江长兴街头发生一起惊险的交通事故，事发时的监控画面显示，一辆大货车在右转弯过程中，由于车速较快加上后面的集装箱固定不牢靠，集装箱在惯性作用下脱离车辆侧翻，刚好砸在旁边一辆正在等红灯的五菱电动车上方。
货车司机立即下车查看，由于电动车被重压变形，车门无法被正常打开，焦急万分之际，多名热心群众不约而同奔赴而至。经过众人的努力，他们合力将车门掰出了一个逃生口子，车内的２名儿童和驾驶员，通过这个小口子被顺利抱出，并转移到安全地带，整个救人过程仅用了3分多钟。所幸救援及时，车身三人经送医检查均无大碍。
交警判定，货车司机负事故全部责任。
