Riders trapped 70 metres up on broken down rollecoaster

Footage, from China, of 16 passengers on a rollercoaster trapped 70-metres up after the ride broke down.

In the footage, filmed in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province on Monday, the rollercoaster suddenly comes to a stop on the track, leaving the passengers stuck there for at least 20 minutes.

According to local reports, staff helped passengers open their safety belts and guided them back to the ground one by one.

Fortunately, no one was injured.
