A heartwarming video has emerged of a German Shepherd suffering from canine megaesophagus eating in a custom-made chair.

The footage, shot at a home in Los Angeles, CA, USA last week, shows Sheena enthusiastically hopping into her Bailey chair to eat her breakfast.

Megaesophagus is an enlargement of the oesophagus which prevents the food to enter the stomach as the muscle cannot push it down.
