Footage has emerged of two British tourists being marched off a beach by police in Thailand after they reportedly were caught 'having sex' in the sea.

The video, shot on July 23 at 2.30am in Pattaya, shows the couple walking out of the water to get dressed before police officers arrest them.

They were reportedly charged with public indecency and each fined 500 Thai baht (around 10.50GBP) before they were released.

This is the moment a British tourist was arrested NAKED on a Thai beach - after being caught ‘having sex' in the sea.

The randy couple were spotted together in chest-high water in front of beachgoers on Sunday morning at 2.30am in Pattaya, Thailand.

Shocked onlookers sitting just yards away reported to police the pair were having sex and officers arrived and forced them to get out of the water.

Footage shows the drunk couple STUMBLING along the sand and falling back into the ocean as two unimpressed officers with torches look on.

The naked man and woman in just a bra were eventually made to get dressed and pack away their beach hammock - as the woman protests in English: ‘’we’re not going to the police station, we’re going this way, yeah’'.

But officers walked them to Pattaya City Police Station some 300 yards away where they were charged with public indecency and each fined 500 Thai baht, (around 10.50gbp)

They were later released after they had apologised and sobered up.
