Boy, 9, with rare condition receives medical bike nearly one year after hip surgery.
Giovanni is a nine-year-old boy from Pennsylvania with a rare condition called Schwartz-Jampel syndrome. Last year at this time, Giovanni was in a body cast following his hip reconstruction surgery on his right hip. His goals were to walk and ride a bike one day. Today was that day! Giovanni received his medical bike! His giggle and smile say it all!! Daddy was with Giovanni while Mommy filmed.
