completely messed up traffic signal sequence causing hassle and delays
Traffic signal sequence completely messed up causing long delays along A49 towards Wigan town centre. Red on second set of lights on too long so road isn't clearing like it should before first set of lights change back to green. Council informed about this and sent copy of the video but no change as of yet.
