Boy, 10, rescued from washing machine
Footage has emerged of firefighters freeing a 10-year-old boy who was stuck in a washing machine in China.
In the video, shot in Zaozhuang City in eastern Shandong Province on November 12, firefighters try to pull the boy out of the washing machine but stop because it is hurting him too much.
So they change tack, using tools to take the machine apart.
After half an hour, the boy was successfully freed.
He suffered only a few scratches on his knees.
It was not known why he had entered the appliance.
