Failed PA system on BA flight to Vegas resulting in 10 hours enduring this horrific noise. Pilot wanted to move us, however, no seats available & issued with noise cancelling headphones that didn’t help. BA now saying it want an issue
During a flight from Heathrow to Las Vegas the PA system above our row failed resulting in a horrid buzzing above our head throughout the 10 hour flight. Staff worked tirelessly to resolve issues, however, this was unable to be done during the flight. Customer services manager requested that the pilot came to the rear of the plane to hear this, when he arrived he stated “oh sh** we cant have you sitting here” , however, there were no other seats available on the plane. Noise cancelled headphone were issued which didn’t help matters.
Staff on board were rarely seen due to. It wanting to work In those condition.
