Edinburgh Airport Ryanair failure
Passengers left waiting for luggage after a flight arrived late and the crew powered down the plane and left the airport before the luggage was unloaded. Ground crew wouldn't enter the plane because of a lack of lighting and we were initially give no information about the lack of luggage being unloaded. Many passengers, ourselves included, left the airport without luggage and had to return the following day to collect it.
