Ryanair another customer left with a smashed laptop, broken glasses and ripped bag. Dublin airport 17 June 2017. The opening is because of the cut, there is no zip there!!! The laptop has a broken screen also. Customer service complaint department contacted 2 days later to receive a kick in the a**** No compensation even if it's their fault. They don't pay even after having acknowledged the incident.
