Long Queue with 2 counters for Ryanair Customer Service at Stansted Airport

This is the Queue all customers had to go through to get information regarding their flight or re-booking a NEW flight. As you might see there were only 2 counters for around 1000 people. Some people were complaining about having stayed their for 8 hours when people were jumping in at the front. Was a disaster from Ryanair. The worst part is after all that they won't even give any compensation - I live in London so I couldn't be asked to go through all that.. But I feel sorry for all elderly people and parents with small kids who had to stay the night at Stansted. No respect at all by this airline.
