Here we can see the driver of the school bus dropping off elementary school students without releasing the stop lights, sign and safety arm. Meanwhile, other drivers aware of the kids being dropped off still decide to go around the bus. Who is at fault here? I’ve observed this incident many times and I have also witnessed the driver waving drivers to the left of him to go by. No only could the kids get injured by a car driving by but an animal or even a smaller kid who may take off running in the streets excited about the school bus bringing home a big brother or sister. Video was taken in Boca Raton Florida on March 8th 2018. I’ve contacted the School District of Palm Beach County as soon as this happened and filled a formal complaint over the phone. I have complained about this driver many times to them, in one ocassion about him playing inappropriate loud music in the bus and he did stop playing music for a while and I have proof that he’s still doing it. I hope this case is not the same.
