A very impatient driver on this south-east England road turned his car around while queuing in heavy traffic and drove the WRONG WAY along an embankment to skip the tailbacks.

Footage captured on March 28 from an HGV on the busy A206 at Dartford in Kent shows the risky actions of the Ford Focus estate driver as the car is turned around and goes up a grass verge.

Writes the filmer: "Heading back to the M25 on the A206 at Dartford. The traffic is queueing as always but this idiot has a better idea. He makes a U-turn in the road then drives up the grass embankment the wrong way in order to escape the queue."
