A plucky “kangaroo cat” may only have two hind legs, but he manages to get from place to place by hopping around.

In the video, a cat named Bag can be seen hopping along a floor at a home in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as the owner is heard offering him food, along with another cat.

“He only has two paws, but he has a lot of energy,’’ owner Phan Lan said.

The four year-old tabby named Bag was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam,
with the birth defect meaning leaving him without front paws.

But the disability hasn't hindered his development and this footage shows how he now just hops around the house.

Owner Phan Lan said: ''The cat's name is Bag. He only has two paws but he has a lot of energy.''
