I was outside with my 4 yr old daughter and 6 yr old recording my son playing with a gator on our new slip and slide. I asked my son to "wrangle the gator". I was hoping something funny would happen when he played. The glare on the screen was high and I was Unaware that a live gator was lurking on the side of my house 4ft away and watching my son play with the fake gator. As I put the phone down I thought I saw the brown chair move, I looked up said holy shit! and there was the gator staring at the slip and slide! I screamed run Gator. Children did not listen right away they were confused. I grabbed my 4 yr old by her bathing suit straps and pulled her away. The gator ran down the slip and slideband into the pond! Staying near our yard for the rest of the day. My son said "Maybe he was just waiting for his turn he was hot."
