Missing Seat Cushion on Turkish Airlines Istanbul to Copenhagen
Imagine boarding a modern aircraft for a flight, only to find that your seat didn't have a cushion! This was our experience on board Turkish Airlines. And it took quite a long while for them to have the cushion replaced because the cabin crew didn't really know what to do! Had to call some engineering maintenance folks on board again.
