A barrage of rocks tumbles down a waterfall in Vietnam after heavy rains caused landslides in the country’s remote north.

Footage filmed on June 27 in Lai Chai shows how loose rocks tumble down the side of the hill and wash away swathes of land.

The far north of the country has experienced severe flooding and landslides following heavy rain over the past two weeks.

Dozens of homes have been destroyed and at least seven are thought to have died.

According to Mr. Thanh witnesses said We heard loud rock breaking on top of the mountain. Then we saw the large stones split and rushed toward the foot of the mountain created a full flow of rock. This is the first time they have seen this scary sight. People try to stay away from dangerous flood rocks.
