According to the filmer, The flash flood suddenly appear and destroyed the road leading to the village. The big rocks from the mountain have rolled down and destroyed the houses below. The Excavator is used to open the road to the village. After the excavator opened a small road. People quickly moved their motorbikes and property away from area danger. A truck tried to cross the flood was washed away and stranded. Flood warning was issued because heavy rain continued in the area.
Floods have destroyed many roads and swept away many houses in the northwest provinces of Vietnam. This is a historic flood that occurred in this area after many years.
