Fire crews tended to a blaze in Corona, southeast of Los Angeles, on July 19.

The Skyline fire broke out at around 3 pm, according to local media, growing to about 75 acres by the early evening. Authorities issued mandatory evacuation orders for households in the area as around 230 personnel worked to contain the blaze.

This video shared to Twitter shows a helicopter picking up water to counter the flames. Plumes of thick smoke can be seen in the background.

Local media has yet to report the cause of the fire.

I heard many helicopters flying by nonstop. I looked to see what was going on and I noticed that skyline was burning. It’s about 3.7 miles away from where I live. I also noticed how low the helicopters were flying by my house and I noticed that they were getting the water from the lake in my neighborhood.
