Audi driver nearly hits cyclists, forces oncoming cars to swerve. Admitted charge of Driving without Due Care and Attention.
Whilst on a cycling holiday with a group of friends in South Wales, this driver overtook despite oncoming traffic. He swerved back in at the last second, nearly hitting the lead cyclist and forcing oncoming drivers to brake.
This was reported to the police who charged the driver with Driving without Due Care and Attention. He plead guilty and was sent on a Driver Awareness Course.
