Lobster Battle ends with a Surprise!
A cool video has emerged of a battle between two lobsters ending with a surprise escape.
In the footage, captured on a webcam from a lobster trap in Halifax, NS, Canada on Tuesday, two lobsters can be seen locked in a territorial battle when one takes some impressive evasive action in a nearby net.
The webcam has been set up as co-operation between a local tourism business called ‘Murphy’s On The Water’ and Nova Scotia Webcams.
Writing online, they reassure viewers: “All lobster we catch in our webcam trap are released in the wild. They do not end in a pot with hot water. Lobster can survive in a lobster trap for a very long time without being harmed in any way.”
