Red tailed hawk warns intruder
On the banks of the Fraser River in Vancouver BC Canada on a bleak cold and windy winters day - I see through the trees a young Red Tailed Hawk perched nervously and then I hear from behind me something incoming - an adult red tailed hawk! She screams loudly and beautifully at the youngster! I try swing left to capture her and nearly drop my camera - it was so exciting! I swear under my breath - sorry about that! I usually try to keep quiet and only capture wildlife and nature sounds! But what a scream! Magnificent!!
