Hajar Harb, a Palestinian journalist from Gaza, released an investigative report on al-Araby TV on 25 June 2016 highlighting that the ministry, which is run by the Hamas de-facto administration, was profiting by arranging illegal medical transfers out of the Gaza Strip for people who did not need treatment. She has been charged with a series of offences including defamation and the publication of false news.
Today's morning, a trial session for the reporter, the journalist, Hajar Harb was held in the Justice Palace in the centre of Gaza Strip. It was supposed that a protest is organised today including many journalists but the protest in front of the court was cancelled. The journalist, Hajar, has appeared and she talked to the media. It is worth to say that the cause of Hajar was highlighted by the human rights organizations and all of the international media.

After many months, I was sentenced to stay in jail for 6 months and to pay a fine of about 1000 nis but the implementation of the verdict was stopped due to some interventions of some of the collegues from the journalists and some of human rights organizations. Also, that was because of my absence from Gaza Strip for receiving treatment in the Jordanian capital, Amman due to the cancer that I have.

After the treatment trip was ended, I went back to Gaza Strip and since that time and I spend my time in front of the judiciary and in frequent trial sessions. I can not immagine what is going to happen. This is seventh session and
