This is the shocking moment an injured cyclist was told to leave a train station after requesting first aid.

Tibi Moravcik was cycling down a hill in Kent on June 12 when he fell off his bike and sustained minor injuries. He went inside High Brooms station to request use of a first aid kit.

He was "surprised" to be told no, and to ''go to a hospital'' if he needed help. He reported the staff member also asked ''why should I help you?''.

Moravcik described that when he got his phone out to film the incident, the staff member became aggressive.

Footage shows the member of staff storming out of the office to tell Moravcik to ''get out of the f****g station''.

Moravcik said that the railway worker also called him an ''idiot'', ''motherf***ckr'' and ''d***head''.

He called the police who arrived within 20 minutes and has since launched a complaint with Southeastern railways.

A spokesman for Southeastern said: ''Clearly, this is not the standard of customer service that we expect and we are investigating this incident as a matter of urgency.''

Moravcik commented that he is not looking for compensation, he just ''wants to avoid this happening to others in the future who may not be able to defend themselves as well''.
