Torrential rain turned roads into raging rivers in southern England, making it difficult for commuters to drive.
Footage shows cars driving through a completely submerged road in Welwyn, Hertfordshire.
The filmer told Newsflare: ''Drivers struggle to make their way through the deepest part of the lake and cars just could not handle the depth.''
