Frustrated flyers after Gatwick Airport fire alarm
Flyers were left frustrated after staff at London's Gatwick Airport could not help when a fire alarm sounded.
While passengers in parts of the airport were evacuated, the people in this part of the airport's south terminal were apparently given no information by the member of staff they approached, who said he "didn't hear anything".
