Scottish mum goes viral after screaming at dog to get down from fence
A Scottish mother is now an internet sensation after yelling at a dog for walking along her garden fence in Edinburgh, Scotland.
In the video, husky puppy Alaska walks along the garden fence with the ease of a cat. Dog owner Shelley's mother Helen can be heard shouting, "Alaska! Get down!" in a strong local accent.
Shelley, who lives in North Yorkshire, posted the video to social media with the caption, "Is there any dog trainers available to let my dog know that she’s no[t] a cat!!" after filming the funny scene at her mother's East Lothian home on August 3.
In response, other Twitter users shared hilarious memes of dogs in the most unlikely of places.
The video has more than 300,000 views on Twitter at the time of writing.
Alaska loves to climb fences and even walls, Shelley says.
"She can’t do this at our house because we have a hedge!" she joked to Newsflare.
