Six-year-old Sarah C (Charles Sarah) was declared ‘world’s youngest genius’ for solving a 2x2 Rubik’s Cube blindfolded in just two minutes and seven seconds.

She was declared genius by the Tamil Nadu Cube Association on Friday (November 22).

Talking more about Sarah's talent, her father Charles Daniel said that she started solving aptitude questions at a very young age, following which they decided to enrol her for proper training and classes.

“She has already made a world record. Now she is striving for Guinness World Record," Charles said, adding that Sarah could solve multiple kinds of cubes and not just one.

The footage was captured on Tuesday (November 26).

The Rubik’s Cube originally called the Magic Cube is invented in 1974 by Hungarian sculptor and professor of architecture Erno Rubik.

In a classic 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube, each of the six faces is covered by nine stickers, traditionally white, red, blue, orange, green, and yellow. The structure of the cubelets enables each face to turn independently, mixing up the colours.
