Candles, flowers and a hand-written note outside the Federal Security Service (FSB) HQ in central Moscow for the victims of 19 December (Security Services Day in Russia) shooting outside the building. The area is still partially cordoned off. The gunman, who acted on his own, was identified as a 39-year-old security guard Yevgeny Manyurov from the suburbs of Moscow. Two FSB security officers were shot dead among the three people killed in the gun attack.
