Hong Kong 6th February 2020 After a second day of panic buying in supermarkets throughout Hong Kong, rice and noodles are selling out. These shelves are usually stocked full of bags of rice and packs of noodles. Panic buying has been happening due to an unverified rumour that stocks were about to run out due to restrictions put in place at the border with mainland China.
