Starlings enjoying a bird bath in slow motion
Slow motion footage of 4 Starlings (Sturnus vulgaris) splashing around in a garden bird bath. The footage was shot as an addition to my Covid-19 lockdown project to document the different types of wildlife that visit my garden in Hailsham, East Sussex, UK. The Starlings are by far the most common visitor and turn up every morning, sometimes up to 30 of them, and will practically empty the bird bath in one go. The footage was shot from my garden hide aka the conservatory on a Canon 5D mkiv.
