I teach fermentation and cookery classes in London and abroad. With all of my workshops cancelled, I have moved to online teaching via Zoom. Here I am teaching a Kimchi fermentation workshop using whatever veg people can find in local shops or from their veg box deliveries. In an effort to reduce food wastage these workshops can use up veg scraps to make a zero-waste spicy condiment that is raw, vegan and full of probiotic goodness for your gut.
