Frying eggs on hot sun heat and it works very well. Summer heat waves at its peak. Omelet without fire and oil.
We are trying to fry eggs on the back of a steel container which was lying under
direct Sunlight on my terrace for days... August heat is on full swing right now.. It is 38°C and the sky is very clean and clear today.It is very hot that everything kept on the terrace was drying. So, we came up with this idea to try frying eggs without any fire. And it works, We heard the sound when we put the egg on the surface of the steel container and it starts cooking. The result was not upto the mark but it was still eatable.
